About Us.
Emmy Koh is the founding attorney of Evertrust Law. Her practice focuses on helping individuals and families create estate plans that give them peace of mind today and plans well for the future tomorrow. She specializes in helping clients understand the confusing maze of legal and financial decisions related to their estate plans so that they can make the best decisions for their families and future.
Whether you are married or single, have a traditional or blended family, Emmy will help you design a plan that will achieve your goals and provide for your loved ones.
Prior to founding Evertrust Law, Emmy practiced law for several years at Jones Day, and then at Moody Bible Institute as Assistant General Counsel. Emmy was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. She loves all things DIY (except for DIY estate plans!), and, most importantly spending time with her husband, Alan, and three rambunctious, delightful daughters.
